United States Natural Gas Fund, LP is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by United States Commodity Funds LLC. The fund invests in the commodity markets of the United States. It uses future contracts to invest in natural gas. The fund seeks to track daily changes in percentage terms of the price of natural gas delivered at the Henry Hub, Louisiana, as measured by the daily changes in the price of a specified short-term futures contract. United States Natural Gas Fund, LP was formed on September 11, 2006 and is domiciled in the United States.
