Investing.com – Indonesia equities were lower at the close on Monday, as losses in the Miscellaneous Industry, Agriculture and Property sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite declined 1.25%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Pool Advista Indonesia Tbk (JK:POOL), which rose 24.35% or 235 points to trade at 1200 at the close. Mnc Sky Vision Tbk (JK:MSKY) added 18.25% or 125 points to end at 810 and Kimia Farma Persero Tbk (JK:KAEF) was up 12.80% or 320 points to 2820 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Centex Tbk Prf (JK:CNTX_p), which lost 10.00% or 100.00 points to trade at 900.00 in late trade. Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama (JK:JKON) declined 10.00% or 65 points to end at 585 and Panca Global Securities Tbk (JK:PEGE) shed 10.00% or 26.00 points to 234.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 246 to 85 and 74 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was down 1.45% or 0.69 to $46.95 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 1.56% or 0.78 to hit $49.37 a barrel, while the December Gold contract fell 0.30% or 3.95 to trade at $1321.95 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.22% to 13272.0, while AUD/IDR rose 0.41% to 10072.75.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.14% at 95.61.
