Premier Insurance Limited provides general insurance products for individuals and commercial organizations in Pakistan. The company operates through five segments: Fire, Marine, Motor, Accident and Health, and Miscellaneous. It offers fire and property damage insurance; marine insurance that covers the loss or damage of vessels, cargo, and terminals; motor insurance for protection against losses incurred as a result of theft, traffic accidents, and third party liability; and accident and health insurance to compensate hospitalization and out-patient medical coverage. The company also provides engineering, terrorism, personal accident, worker compensation, travel, financial institution products, livestock and crop, and aviation and transport insurances, etc. Its insurance products offer protection against political violence, environmental and economical, atmospheric disturbances, natural disasters, concentration of risks, civil riots, etc. The company was incorporated in 1952 and is headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan.
