I have mixed feelings on heats, it's a big gamble, but I have a degree on biomedical science so I can understand scientific literature much better than the average Joe. The current big players that are finalising their vaccines have very weak vaccines to say the least, the issue with using antibodies is that it has shown to be slow at initiating against covid and moreover will require boosters. In short looking at other vaccines that require boosters you are looking at someone getting full immunity after a year of periodically taking boosters. Heats biologics are using a slightly different method by using cytotoxic t cell mediation which has been known to work better against a variety of different infections which can lay dormant within cells, in short you could be looking at a more powerful vaccine from heats. But whether the governments of the world think its acceptable that they give individuals vaccines which only mildly protect the individual is up for debate

There isn't any news regarding their efforts for the covid vaccine, what if they decided not to invest most of their resources or any at all on the covid effort, they are likely to think that once another company beats them to it that they may just leave it. Moreover alot of investors point to t cell mediation as being a strong point for the company, Oxford uni released their findings yesterday showing that their vaccine showed "strong t cell response" without giving any Stat figures on the response.

I don't know what to tell you, the vaccine developers are not being entirely transparent where they need to be for the investors. Anything can happen but I think I will cash out and invest in something safer like oil whilst they are at a all time low
