  • POINT Biopharma Global Inc. (NASDAQ: PNT) surged 84.7% to $12.35. Eli Lilly And Co (NYSE: LLY) agreed to acquire POINT Biopharma Global at $12.50 per share in cash, an aggregate of approximately $1.4 billion.
