U.S. stock futures traded mixed this morning on Friday. Here are some big stocks recording losses in today’s pre-market trading session.
- Scholastic Corporation (NASDAQ: SCHL) shares tumbled 16% to $32.72 in pre-market trading after the company reported downbeat results for its first quarter on Thursday.
- Pharming Group N.V. (NASDAQ: PHAR) shares dipped 13.1% to $13.13 in pre-market trading after climbing around 15% on Thursday.
- American Oncology Network Inc (NASDAQ: AONC) shares fell 6.2% to $19.24 in pre-market trading after dipping 21% on Thursday.
- Cheche Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CCG) shares declined 6% to $13.96 in pre-market trading after falling more than 40% on Thursday. Cheche Group recently announced a business combination with Prime Impact Acquisition I.
- ING Groep N.V. (NYSE: ING) shares fell 5% to $13.26 in pre-market trading. ING Groep recently announced the sale of its 85% stake in fintech subsidiary, Cobase to U.K.-listed Alpha Group through the signing of a conditional agreement which is yet to be approved by the Dutch Central Bank.
- PureCycle Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: PCT) shares fell 3.3% to $6.15 in pre-market trading. PureCycle, last month, announced the upsize and pricing of $215.0 million 7.25% green convertible senior notes due 2030.
- Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: EOSE) shares declined 3.1% to $2.17 in pre-market trading after gaining around 5% on Thursday.
