Proactive Investors - UBS has upgraded its financial forecasts for NVIDIA Corp (NASDAQ:NVDA) with a rise in revenue and earnings per share (EPS) estimates for calendar year 2025.
The upgraded estimates place NVIDIA's revenue at approximately $175 billion and earnings per share around $41, marking a 20% increase from previous predictions.
This adjustment stems from an anticipated richer product mix in NVIDIA's upcoming Blackwell GPUs compared to the earlier Hopper series.
Nvidia’s Blackwell units represent a significant advancement in GPU technology, greatly enhancing artificial intelligence processing capabilities while consuming the same amount of power as the Hopper range.
According to UBS, the strong demand for NVIDIA’s GB200 server racks, particularly from US hyperscalers aiming to maximize performance within existing power infrastructure limits, supports a positive investment thesis.
“Even our new estimates still leave upside potential if we fully believe what we hear from the supply chain," added UBS.
The bank maintains a buy rating on NVIDIA stock and has raised its price target from $1,100 to $1,150 against an $877 publication price.
