- Impinj, Inc. (NASDAQ: PI) shares tumbled 24.1% to $102.70 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed Q1 results and issued weak guidance.
- Wolfspeed, Inc. (NYSE: WOLF) declined 13.3% to $49.79 in pre-market after the company issued weak Q4 guidance.
- Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO) dropped 13% to $12.99 in pre-market trading. Vornado reported postponement of common share dividends until year-end and authorization of $200 million share repurchase program. Piper Sandler downgraded Vornado Realty from Neutral to Underweight and lowered the price target from $16 to $11.
- Enovix Corporation (NASDAQ: ENVX) shares fell 7.4% to $11.58 in pre-market trading following weak quarterly sales.

- STMicroelectronics N.V. (NYSE: STM) shares dropped 6.7% to $43.18 in pre-market trading after reporting Q1 results.
- Youdao, Inc. (NYSE: DAO) shares declined 6% to $5.46 in pre-market trading after gaining 6% on Wednesday. Youdao is scheduled to hold annual general meeting on May 16, 2023.
- Tenaris S.A. (NYSE: TS) fell 3.2% to $27.59 in pre-market trading following Q1 results.
- ON Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: ON) fell 3.1% to $69.73 in pre-market trading. onsemi is expected to announce its financial results for the first quarter on May 1, 2023.
