With U.S. stock futures trading lower this morning on Wednesday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:
- Wall Street expects Core & Main, Inc. (NYSE: CNM) to report quarterly earnings at 68 cents per share on revenue of $1.88 billion before the opening bell. Core & Main shares rose 7.6% to $33.99 in after-hours trading.
- Asana, Inc. (NYSE: ASAN) reported upbeat results for its second quarter. The company said it sees FY24 adjusted loss of 42 cents to 39 cents per share and revenues of $642 million to $648 million. Asana shares fell 3.3% to $20.92 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts are expecting American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. (NYSE: AEO) to have earned 16 cents per share on revenue of $1.20 billion for the latest quarter. The company will release earnings after the markets close. American Eagle shares gained 0.5% to $17.25 in after-hours trading.
- AeroVironment, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVAV) reported better-than-expected results for its first quarter. AeroVironment shares jumped 12.6% to $107.30 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts expect GameStop Corp. (NYSE: GME) to report a quarterly loss at 14 cents per share on revenue of $1.14 billion after the closing bell. GameStop shares fell 0.1% to $19.21 in after-hours trading.
