Investing.com – Colombia equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Industrials, Investment and Services sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP fell 0.29%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the COLCAP were Isagen SA (CN:ISG), which rose 0.90% or 30.0 points to trade at 3380.0 at the close. Banco De Bogota SA (CN:BBO) added 0.77% or 480.0 points to end at 62520.0 and Interconexion Electrica SA (CN:ISA) was up 0.50% or 40.0 points to 8120.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp (CN:PRU), which lost 3.61% or 440.0 points to trade at 11760.0 in late trade. Canacol Energy Ltd (CN:CNE) declined 2.17% or 150.0 points to end at 6770.0 and Grupo Inversiones Suramericana (CN:SIS) shed 1.84% or 660.0 points to 35180.0.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 18 to 9 and 4 ended unchanged on the Colombia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, US coffee C for July delivery was up 1.21% or 1.62 to $135.88 . Meanwhile, US cocoa for delivery in July rose 1.95% or 58.50 to hit $3059.50 , while the June Gold contract rose 0.75% or 8.90 to trade at $1191.90 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 1.20% to 2401.00, while BRL/COP rose 2.60% to 795.19.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.49% at 94.65.
