This is only ocean going ship manufacture company in Bangladesh. Moreover, they successfully build the gun boat for national coast guard. The main problem lies within this high profile company is adminstered by technical person not the management people. So management failure makes the company in a grave situation. Huge loan plus issuing large amount of stock divident make it worsen.
