SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company engages in manufacturing, processing, trading, and distributing of steel in Vietnam and internationally. The company produces, imports, and exports various kinds of iron and steel, and metal products; construction materials; interior decoration goods; and construction equipment of various kinds, mechanical equipment, warehouse frames, and workshops with stainless steel aluminum structures. It is also involved in the construction and installation of civil, industrial, transport, irrigation, housing repair, and interior and exterior decoration projects; and preparation of construction investment projects, as well as consulting, designing, and trading in houses. In addition, the company trades in hardware products, electrical and mechanical goods, department stores, consumer goods, and food products; and provides forwarding and logistics services. Further, it invests in real estate. The company was founded in 1988 is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
