Futian Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, provides engineering services for wastewater and drinking water treatment facilities in Mainland China and Vietnam. It operates through five segments: Engineering, Procurement and Construction Projects; Construction Projects; Equipment Projects; Service Concession Arrangement; and Others. The company designs, procures, and constructs sludge or wastewater treatment facilities; and other environmental protection projects, including soil remediation, flue gas treatment, solid and hazardous wastes management, sludge treatment, and air pollutants treatment, as well as offers integrated environmental services. It also engages in the procurement of materials, equipment, and machinery; and installation, testing, and commissioning of the equipment and machinery for the treatment facilities, as well as provision of technical consulting services to upgrade or optimize the design of the water or wastewater treatment facilities. In addition, the company is involved in the design, construction, and sale of equipment for wastewater and environmental protection projects, as well as offers operation and maintenance services for water or wastewater treatment facilities. Further, it constructs, maintains, restores, and operates sludge treatment facilities and operates sludge stations. The company was formerly known as China TianYF Holdings Group Limited and changed its name to Futian Holdings Limited in March 2024. Futian Holdings Limited was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Guangzhou, the People’s Republic of China.
