FAS Finance & Investment Limited operates as a non-banking financial institution in Bangladesh. The company offers retail finance services, which include home, auto, and personal loans, as well as loans against TDR; various deposit schemes and treasury services; and corporate finance services comprising lease/sale and lease back services, project finance services, short term loans, term loan financing, bridge finance, working capital and transport finance, and specialized products. It also provides structured finance services, including syndication, private placement of equity, project/infrastructure finance, as well as fund raising; merger and acquisition, joint-venture matchmaking, and feasibility study advisory services; and securitization of assets. In addition, the company offers SME finance services that include lease, term loans, short term loans, factoring, women entrepreneur loans, agro finance, and green finance; and capital market services, such as portfolio management and margin loan facility, as well as issue management, underwriting, and corporate advisory services. The company was formerly known as Fidelity Assets & Securities Company Limited. FAS Finance & Investment Limited was incorporated in 1997 and is headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
