The company was formerly known as BitNile Holdings, Inc. and changed its name to Ault Alliance, Inc. in January 2023. Ault Alliance, Inc. was incorporated in 1969 and is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.

I trusted Todd strategy and involvment. My guess is he will setup the buyback. At today’s price he just need to fund 6 millions to buy all the outstanding shares…Just do it Todd and shut the bashers
