Might have something to do with a group of retail investors putting their name to a Discord Petition which is currnetly being compiled and will be served to the judge looking after the Chapter 11. If you go on Youtube and look up CINE Shareholder Petition you should find a series of short videos and the link to add you own details including number of shares to the spreadsheet. The fightback has started.

My understanding is that in the US stocks can be delisted via a court decision however these are UK stocks over which the US have no durestriction and as such a UK Court would need to approve any such move. I plan to hold on to the few shares I have and 'ride it out'. I am not aware of any previous similar case which could be used as a comparison.

Interesting times and the share price can easily fly up multiple points to consider! The judge may not approve the terms set forth with the bankrupcy perhaps some sort of solution for current shareholders, the us where the majority debt is in place has also shrunk over 1 billion since the usd started to weaken this could bring new solutions to the table, europe and israel are not under chapter 11 its about 13 percent if the business and they decided not to sell it. All in all each step is risky but dont forget insane short load in this stock they have to close them otherwise they can be wiped out too if that happens we could be up for a massive squeeze and huge jumps in the share price lets see
