Proactive Investors - Eco Buildings Group PLC (LON:ECOB) is on course to have its Albanian factory fully operational by the third quarter, allowing it to deliver modular housing contracts worth €114mln.
The 3,000-square metre facility is near the modern commercial port of Durres and was relocated from Dubai.
Alongside local workers, the Dubai team is swiftly advancing the reassembly and commissioning process.
"It is very encouraging to see the joint team formed and working ahead rapidly to commission the factory production line for commercial output in the near future," said Eco's chief executive, Sanjay Bowry.
"This will enable the production of Eco modular buildings to commence later this year against our contracted €114mln order book of single dwelling units deliverable within the next three years."
Bowry also stated that the company is advancing negotiations in markets drawn to its swift, environmentally-friendly building system for affordable housing.
Following a successful reverse takeover, it is prepared to conclude these discussions and will provide updates on additional contracts shortly.
