PARIS (Reuters) -Production at three Stellantis assembly plants in Europe has been stopped for several days due to a strike at a plant run by supplier MA France, a spokesperson told Reuters.

"Three sites have seen a production halt since the start of the week," the spokesperson said, adding two are in France (Poissy and Hordain) and one in Britain (Luton).

The Hordain plant makes vans and mini buses for Stellantis brands and also for Toyota.

MA France, a division of Italian group CLN, specialises in stamped metal parts.

CLN did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

MA France produces components on a site in the northeastern suburbs of Paris previously used by PSA until it was shut in 2014. PSA has since become Stellantis through its merger with FCA.
