BERLIN (Reuters) - German authorities have reopened a criminal investigation into Martin Winterkorn, chairman of Volkswagen (ETR:VOWG_p) until he was toppled by the 2015 emissions-rigging scandal, over suspected market manipulation, a regional court said on Thursday.
