BOJ Kuroda calls for government efforts on structural reform
TOKYO (Reuters) - Bank of Japan Governor Haruhiko Kuroda said on Friday the government had more work to do on structural reform and measures to boost the country's growth potential.
"It's true there is some lag before the steps already taken begin to affect the economy. We need to take that into account," Kuroda told parliament.
"Having said that, there are still some steps remaining that the government needs to take on structural reform and growth strategy," he said.
