Early Morning Squawk: EUR/USD Almost Key Reversal Up

EURUSD outside day and almost a key reversal up during European hours...but it ended as an indecisive spinning top pattern. We've tested down again to the very recent 50% fib support at 1.2348. The reverse h+s target (1.2475) and upper tine Jun - november schiff pitchfork (currently 1.2546) are capping the market.
