Initial downside yesterday, and the failure of a subsequent bounce emphasised the underlying bearish tone for Dec German 10 YR Bunds. Despite a lack of net movement over the last 2 days it is the failure to extend gains from last week's base that means the immediate outlook has a negative tone with scope back through 148.78 to 148.57 or even towards 148.23 as momentum increases.
