Bund Futures: Channel Still Bullish

An early setback for Bund Futures on Thursday proved more limited than expected before demand reasserted. The resulting upside kept Bunds near the top of a rising Keltner channel, supported by positive strength indicators.
Intraday sentiment remains overbought, which is a concern, but setbacks remain temporary and attractive to investors. In view of this we continue to look for the topside to expand with potential through yesterday's 151.83 top to 152.07 or even 152.30.
