Still total junk. Seriously LLOY is not going to come back at all. Just look at how it has performed over the last 10 years. Lloyds Banking Group (LON:LLOY)'s stock had its "neutral" rating reiterated by investment analysts at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in a report released on Friday, Borsen Zeitung reports.
