a company beset with many problems . while the core fertiliser business is profitable the loss making subsidiaries especially the food business continues to draw the company down. a recent right kissue was done to refinance the subsidiaries but this will only covet the short term . FFBL needs to sell off these businesses or follow the example of Engro an Unity Foods where they are separated into separate companies and a JV partner is inducted to turn around these businesses.
