Do current shareholders have the rights to buy the new shares at the discount price?

I guess in the end it is no drop as existing shareholders have the subscription rights to buy the new stock at the discounted price. Actually it will be a win now that one more uncertainty is removed

Modon Pura You should get your subscription rights through bank or broker to buy the new shares at the discounted price. The number of shares you can buy depends on how many you own now. As I can read from the prospect, you can also sell your subscription rights if you dont want to buy more LHA shares
