BAES Price Commentary

Esg investment Hilarious
Very positive about this stock taken all the consideration.
wall st value over 850 I'm holding for now. got good divi also.
thinking about selling my shares, when is the best time help please?
Sell when you see that the business could struggle, or you need funds and market is overvalued. Its good solid company, good div, not overvalued, I honestly dont see any reason to sell...
When they peak! Sadly you will only know when its too late. Second best option is to cash when you are happy with your profit. Nobody can help you time the market so take the plunge when YOU feel the time is right
Now seems a good time
Seem to be getting a few new contracts, Biden probably more into war than Trump(??), relatively low price at the moment over 5 years, good div yield.... seems like a good entry point at the moment? Any thoughts?
I agree, this is definately underpriced and i feel overlooked but has a great future ahead
hi
Bounced twice from 500. (:
Should be rising with the ftse today after dumping with it, clearly being played down again - classic manipulation spike down yesteday immediately before the £2bn UK contract news..
Driven by Sentiment. Aerospace sector struggling. Last result - taken billion debt.
Of course debts are the normal now and a billion is nothing these days. Do let us know more when you see Western economies buying their defence systems from China / Russia.
Does anyone see a retracement back below 500, or is the only way Up from here?
It has barely stuck its nose above 500p yet. Not exactly Earth shattering moves here are they?
I see a possible retracement to 500/495p shoud be support. Dont rush to buy, wait for a dip.
I did start buying from under 495, untill 430. Holding long, strong good news, new uptrend comming, potentially new all time high.
Been held in pretty tight range today despite the reasonable news from the magic money tree, see if it gets end of day lift? Guess it makes a local high for divi payment date.
Or an early up...
olol ok 😁p .oook.olol.ll.l.ooI'm momo I'm. amo LL looooo.op
Bought some, the news is very good but not sure if i should load up, advice please
Done the easy 20pc rise since the players smashed it to 396p recent low, & £BNs of extra defence spending news has been pushed out now, obviously someone's either selling into news or looking for further leg up...where's the top?
BAE guiding for higher profits & demand is high.. back to 500p before the divi gets paid?
Tempted to buy but if Biden wins theres talk his anti guns might send it lower? Thoughts be helpful please as i dont want to miss the boat!!
Trump got the troops back, Democrats favoured thier continuity ....irrespective of election results the paradox is that more ammunation is needed to keep peace... buy it for good financial award
Biden is a puppet, Harris wears the pants, but can't see significant US belt tightening on defence.
Nice retrace so far, a Tump win should power it on too...still nice to see highly vocal worry mongers who pushed msm messages are getting played again by quiet America!
JPM has revised 615p target meanwhile 396p bottom tested twice now..
Bought @ 399.60
Gotta be min 20pc rise in it from here! One day!
Why you buy him
Any ideas as to where this might find support now?
so you think a good entry is ~405???
Down 25% ish just from 540 recent (summer) high, on no news...dividend distortions aside, that's a fair move that warrants a bounce & I'm expecting some macro pessimism will lift soon. Depends on your time frame as ever.
I am equally surprised by the fall as i thought 470 was a very good entry point but of course i was wrong
did not see this drop coming
Thats their game
The head and shoulders since July here looks like some menacing cartoon character! lol. Freefall!
H&S since July? Rly ? I couldnt even see back all the way to july. What price do you think itll settle at then? I would like to get in around now but dont know if itll keep diving - RSI looks interesting
Those looking for dividends can buy today before it becomes ex dividend...please check the dates once more
Looking tempting for a nibble..
Pretty poor show here today, but picked a some more up at close. Might see 450 tomorrow, so then could be on to retest that low?!
That turned out to be a poor call, it looks like it will be a hold for sometime but cant understand the reason for that significant correction
Seems the jump up on results day when divis were reinstated was just undone when it became obvious yesterday afternoon the second 9p divi take up wouldn't get a bump, and after poor down trend in recent weeks & fighting against strong £ too. So MMs offloaded & went short? Gonna head south a while i guess, maybe with a lift by the time divi gets paid.
Bought @ 482
Sold
Bought at 495. Long. Ex-date after a month, probably will go up until then. (:
Expecting it to be played a tad lower first, interesting that it was pushed from 508 to 540 just for recent dividend reinvestment, then dumped back down so someone's on the reigns here!
Its a power play to scare buyers so that big players can come in cheap, i see every low as a buying opportunity till my funds last
Yup, had a good start today but it's been selling off again, sure someone wants it lower to bounce up to the ex-divi.
