Unless the CEO can resolve current problems with Anheuser Busch, he needs to consider his position. The true test of a board is to perform when times are difficult not when they are easy. The CEO appears at a loss to fix the crashing sales figures

sell em out, it actually now 2.5% dividend after cut, you would like to balance it at least to match risk free bonds
